Arun’s maintenance programs are designed to serve the client with our best post installation services. ARUN has designed two maintenance programs.

Preventive Maintenance

This program improves the overall health of elevator there by making it more efficient. This type of maintenance aims at increasing the life expectancy of the assets which further avoids replacements of elevators sooner than expected. This maintenance program is designed to enhance the performance of the elevators, maintain the safety and avoid any uncertain damages.

Predictive Maintenance

This technique aims at predicting the possibilities of future damage using software, in order to replace the components before they wear out and cause more damage. This further helps in increasing the life span and better health of elevators. Arun implements this predictive maintenance program to help the clients get better performance of the elevators without the hassle of end moment replacement.
